Job Title: Marketing Executive – Field Sales (Software Development Services)

Location: Trichy

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to join our software development company in Trichy. This is a field-based role where the candidate will be responsible for visiting businesses, promoting our services, and generating new leads.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and introduce our software development services
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through door-to-door visits, referrals, and local networking
  • Distribute brochures, collect contact details, and schedule follow-up meetings with interested businesses
  • Maintain a record of daily visits and client interactions
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to convert leads into customers
  • Attend local events, expos, or industry gatherings to promote the company
  • Provide market feedback to management to refine marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing or B2B customer engagement (IT/software industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in approaching new businesses and presenting service offerings
  • Basic understanding of software and digital services is an advantage
  • Must own a two-wheeler for travel within the city
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Travel Allowance + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Trichy (Field-Based Role)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
