Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Join our Team role, located in Bengaluru. The day-to-day tasks associated with this role include assisting customers with vehicle purchases, providing detailed information about available vehicles, managing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a professional showroom environment and staying updated on the latest Kia models and features.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Sales skills and knowledge of sales strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications
  • Knowledge of automobiles, particularly Kia products, is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
