Job Details

  • Position: Inventory cum Accounts Executive
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 Years
  • Location: Noida (On-site)
  • Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Manage daily inventory transactions and maintain accurate stock records in Tally Prime
  • Reconcile physical stock with system records and prepare variance reports
  • Handle purchase orders, goods receipts, and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials)
  • Prepare inventory reports using advanced Excel tools
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for smooth material flow

Accounts Management:

  • Record purchase and sales entries in Tally
  • Assist in invoice verification, vendor reconciliation, and payment processing
  • Support monthly closing activities and prepare accounting reports
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office
  • Strong understanding of inventory accounting and reconciliation
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading setup preferred
