Key Responsibilities

• Strategic planning across assigned brands — from insight mining to creative brief development.
• Analyze category trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes to uncover actionable insights.
• Partner with creative teams to translate insights into compelling brand ideas and campaigns.
• Collaborate with account management and medical teams to ensure alignment of brand strategy, creative direction, and scientific accuracy.
• Contribute to new business pitches and strategic presentations.
• Monitor brand performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategy accordingly.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, or consumer insights — ideally within advertising, healthcare communications, or marketing consulting.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills — ability to turn data into compelling narratives.
• Familiarity with healthcare, pharma, or wellness sectors is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curious mindset with the ability to think both creatively and critically.
