About Aakhani Solutions

Aakhani is an emerging specialist in spray plaster applications, bringing European mechanization to Indian construction sites. With several successful site applications and growing industry awareness, we are expanding our operations and seeking a Sales Engineer to support growth in Mumbai, Pune, and beyond.

Your Role & Responsibilities

· Identify and connect with architects, builders, contractors, and project managers.

· Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and live product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of spray plastering.

· Generate and manage leads through field visits, digital platforms, and referrals.

· Ensure order closures, billing follow-ups, and basic commercial coordination.

· Provide technical input on spray plaster systems and be the bridge between site teams and technical support.

· Share daily sales updates, and prepare weekly and monthly action plans.

· Maintain consistent communication with the Aakhani application team to align sales with execution.

Who Can Apply

· Diploma/Degree in Engineering, MBA with marketing will have preference Construction Management, or related field.

· Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, construction material sales, or site coordination.

· Must have basic knowledge of construction practices.

· Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

· Strong communication, self-discipline, and willingness to learn.

· Comfortable with fieldwork, presentations, and travel.
