Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and convert new business opportunities in the Digital PR domain (e.g., online media placements, influencer partnerships, reputation management)
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service, regular communication, and understanding of their goals
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand the company's client portfolio
  • Stay updated with digital PR trends, tools, and platforms; leverage innovative strategies to deliver value
  • Collaborate with internal PR, content, outreach, and SEO teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance and client satisfaction, ensuring delivery against commitments
  • Attend networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to generate leads and stay connected with the digital PR ecosystem

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
  • 4+ years' experience in business development or client acquisition for Digital PR, Digital Marketing, or related industries
  • Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive presentation abilities
  • Deep understanding of digital PR, online media, and influencer landscape
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management tools
