Job Description
 
We are looking for a Training Specialist with 2–4 years of experience who can quickly understand and learn our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating others, creating engaging training materials, and delivering impactful training sessions to internal teams and external users.
 
Key responsibilities
  • Understand and learn our SaaS product and features in detail.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and video tutorials.
  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training for internal staff and clients.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to stay updated on platform changes.
  • Collect feedback and update training content regularly.
Required Experience
  • Quick learning ability, especially in SaaS platforms.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in creating training materials and user guides.
  • Ability to manage multiple training sessions and timelines.
  • Basic understanding of customer success and support functions
Working Hours
This is a full-time remote position that requires availability during 2:00 PM IST – 11:00 PM IST.
