Reports To: HR Manager / Director
Job Summary:The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role ensures HR processes align with company objectives and supports a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and induction programs.
- Assist with performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
- Support employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Process payroll data and maintain attendance, leave, and benefits records.
- Coordinate training and professional development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and support audits as needed.
- Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR or administrative functions (depending on level).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software (HRIS).
