Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in real estate to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads,

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.

· Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for blogs, social media, property listings, and other digital platforms that resonates with potential buyers and sellers.

· Manage Online Presence: Oversee the company's online presence, including website management, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.

· Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation strategies, including landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and targeted ads, to attract potential clients and convert them into leads.

· Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights. Use data-driven insights to optimize and adjust strategies.

· Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to ensure that marketing strategies are current and effective.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and real estate teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and support overall sales objectives.

Qualifications:
