We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in accounting practices within the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Support: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Invoice Processing: Manage and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and maintaining a record of all transactions.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and ensure proper documentation of salary disbursements and tax deductions.
  • Reconciliation: Assist with monthly and year-end reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
  • Tax and Compliance: Support in preparing and filing tax-related documents and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports and assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting (hospitality experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if required during audits or month-end

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in progress).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
