Role 1. Shift In-charge (carbon black only) - 2 Vacancy

Job purpose: Role will be responsible for the Production and Process monitoring. Ensure Safe and continuous operation of carbon black manufacturing during the shifts. Leading the operation team. Resolving operational Issues. Achieving targeted production volumes by keeping quality in range. Optimizing resource utilization, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Role 2. Shift-DCS Engineers (carbon black only) - 2 Vacancy

Job Purpose: To ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the carbon black manufacturing process by monitoring and controlling Distributed Control System (DCS) operations during shifts. The role focuses on process stability, adherence to quality standards, quick response to deviations, and supporting continuous improvement in production efficiency, yield, and safety compliance.

Role 3. Field Engineers/Officers (carbon black only, staff cadre) - 2 Vacancy

Job Purpose: To ensure smooth and safe operation of the carbon black plant by carrying out field activities, monitoring equipment and process conditions, and supporting the control room/DCS engineer in achieving stable production, product quality, and equipment reliability. The role acts as the eyes and hands of the control room in the field, ensuring strict compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards
