Role & responsibilities
This role will drive efficient partnerships with leaders and key stakeholders of the branch to shape, develop and deliver people agenda. Below shall be the key responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Oversee performance management systems and processes, including goal setting and performance discussions.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and mediating conflicts
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations
- Administer benefits and leave programs, providing guidance to employees
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate employee training and development programs
- Support organizational change efforts and participate in change management initiatives
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Drive Engagement calendar at respective branch
Preferred candidate profile -
- Experience of working in an HRBP role in any organization.
- Execution Excellence
