Role & responsibilities

This role will drive efficient partnerships with leaders and key stakeholders of the branch to shape, develop and deliver people agenda. Below shall be the key responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Oversee performance management systems and processes, including goal setting and performance discussions.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and mediating conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations
  • Administer benefits and leave programs, providing guidance to employees
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Support organizational change efforts and participate in change management initiatives
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Drive Engagement calendar at respective branch

  • Experience of working in an HRBP role in any organization.
