As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a crucial role in driving online traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Focus: Develop SEO strategies with a strong focus on lead generation, particularly in the B2B segment.
- Implement and refine strategies tailored for the US market, ensuring alignment with regional trends and requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to ensure cutting-edge optimization techniques.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive continuous improvement.
- Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth website audits and recommend technical improvements for optimal search engine performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO best practices.
- Content Optimization: Oversee content strategy and ensure all online content is optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Implement keyword optimization strategies to enhance search engine visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics.
- Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design, to integrate SEO best practices into all aspects of the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- Certifications in digital marketing or related fields .
Shift Timings: 6 PM to 4 AM (IST)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
