As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a crucial role in driving online traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Focus: Develop SEO strategies with a strong focus on lead generation, particularly in the B2B segment.
  • Implement and refine strategies tailored for the US market, ensuring alignment with regional trends and requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to ensure cutting-edge optimization techniques.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive continuous improvement.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth website audits and recommend technical improvements for optimal search engine performance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO best practices.
  • Content Optimization: Oversee content strategy and ensure all online content is optimized for search engines.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Implement keyword optimization strategies to enhance search engine visibility.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics.
  • Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design, to integrate SEO best practices into all aspects of the business.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  6. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
  10. Certifications in digital marketing or related fields .

Shift Timings: 6 PM to 4 AM (IST)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
