Job Title: Business Development Executive (EdTech)

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing EdTech team in Bangalore. As a BDE, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students or parents, understanding their learning needs, and helping them choose the right educational solutions offered by our platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Connect with leads via calls, emails, and online platforms to explain the product offerings.

  • Understand customer requirements and guide them towards suitable solutions.
  • Convert potential leads into customers through consultative sales techniques.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must own a laptop and have good internet connectivity.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US/International shift).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or telesales is a plus but not mandatory.
