Assistant Manager Finance, Procurement

Role & responsibilities :
- Manage preparation of financial statements, MIS, and statutory reports in line with IND-AS/IFRS norms.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations (TDS, GST) and coordinate with auditors and regulators.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and treasury functions, including domestic and international payments.
- Maintain financial accuracy and audit readiness through ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).
- Develop and execute procurement strategies focused on cost efficiency and vendor performance.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and SLAs while ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
- Monitor procurement KPIs, manage POs, and ensure timely delivery and service fulfilment.
- Build and sustain strong vendor relationships through regular review and benchmarking.
Key Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Indian accounting standards, TDS/GST regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and business intelligence dashboards; derive insights from data for decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and ERP platforms for managing end-to-end accounts, and procurement processes.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiations, contract management, cost control, and supply chain management.
- Skilled in preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports and MIS dashboards aligned to business goals and leadership priorities.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/ CA/ BBA/ MBA Finance or equivalent degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
