Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our internal teams and clients by managing day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize reports, trackers, project documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and database management.
  • Provide support for bookkeeping and finance-related documentation as needed.
  • Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and business documentation.
  • Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Assist in project coordination and facilitate effective virtual team collaboration.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all client data and maintain compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant (KPO/BPO experience preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong understanding of collaboration tools such as Slack, MS Teams, etc. (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
