About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Regional Finance Manager
to oversee the financial operations for
South Asia
. The role involves strategic financial management, compliance, and regional reporting while ensuring alignment with global finance policies and business objectives.

This position is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical acumen, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving financial efficiency and business performance across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial results across South Asian markets.
  • Prepare management reports and performance insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all regional financial reporting.

Controllership & Compliance

  • Maintain adherence to local statutory requirements and group financial policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and legal entities across the region.
  • Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Manage risk assessments and implement financial governance best practices.

Business Partnering

  • Partner with country heads and business leaders to provide financial insights and cost optimization strategies.
  • Evaluate business cases, investments, and regional initiatives.
  • Support pricing strategy, contract reviews, and ROI assessments.

Cash Flow & Treasury

  • Monitor working capital and cash flow efficiency across entities.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and currency exposure within the region.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor finance professionals within the region.
  • Foster collaboration between country finance teams and corporate headquarters.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • 6–8 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a regional or multi-country role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite preferred).
  • Exposure to South Asian markets and cross-border financial operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
