Executive - FacilityJob Description Summary
"• Shift scheduling and attendance tracking of all M&E vendor staffs.
• Conduct Regular briefing/De-briefing on day to day activities.
• Ensuring Grooming standards are adhered by all M&E vendor staffs.
• Reporting of attrition to reporting manager & coordination with vendor for necessary closure.
• Co-ordinate with M&E vendor for conduction monthly vendor performance review.
• Coordinate with M&E Vendor for conducting monthly training program.
• Planned preventive & predictive maintenance are carried-out as per 52week schedule and updated accordingly.
• Daily visual inspection conducted and updated as per checklist and uploaded
• Energy consumptions are recorded and tracked for variations on daily basis.
• Energy and water consumptions are recorded and tracked for variations on daily basis.
• Yearly Fire extinguisher pressure testing and refilling to be done.
• Track of non-returnable gate pass for disposing equipments behind repairable conditions and scrap materials.
• Ensure the EB/DG/Water/HSD/HVAC/STP consumptions and manpower status are tracked and monitored for accuracy on daily basis and submission of daily report before start of next day operations."
