We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that promote our properties and services, drive lead generation, and enhance brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and SEO/SEM.
  • Manage and create engaging content for the company's website, blog, newsletters, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and run targeted ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and perform regular audits to improve search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing material.
  • Manage CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align digital strategies with sales goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, digital innovations, and competitors' activities.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting virtual tours, webinars, and online events for property promotions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in real estate is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency with content creation, basic graphic design tools (like Canva, Photoshop), and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong project management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with video marketing (YouTube, Reels, etc.).
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and consumer behavior.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho CRM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹51,663.95 per month
