
Procurement Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Procurement & Admin Manager to oversee the company's purchasing activities as well as manage day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management, cost optimization, negotiation, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, price databases, and supplier agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government procurement regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments for replenishment needs.
Administration:
- Oversee general office administration including facility management, housekeeping, travel arrangements, and office supplies.
- Manage vendor contracts related to office maintenance, utilities, and services.
- Support HR and Finance teams in administrative coordination such as employee logistics, reimbursements, and compliance documentation.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
- Handle correspondence, record keeping, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and office administration.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills.
