Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled BI Engineer / Developer experienced in building and optimizing business intelligence solutions using Tableau or MicroStrategy with Google BigQuery as the backend. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data visualization dashboards, ensuring high performance and data accuracy for business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or MicroStrategy.
  • Integrate and optimize data sources from BigQuery for analytical and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define KPIs, metrics, and data models.
  • Ensure scalability, performance tuning, and efficient data visualization practices.
  • Troubleshoot reporting and data issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills:

  • 58 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau or MicroStrategy.
  • Strong knowledge of Google BigQuery and SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience in data modeling, ETL concepts, and performance optimization.
  • Good understanding of cloud data platforms (GCP preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to other BI tools or scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.).
  • Experience in Agile / DevOps environments.
