Job Description:
As a Customer Support and Onboarding Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our product or service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service, product training, and client relationship management. You will assist in responding to customer inquiries, guiding new users through onboarding processes, and delivering product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide step-by-step onboarding guidance to new clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to use our product/service
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the customer support team to identify and resolve customer issues
- Document customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the onboarding and support process
- Help create and update user guides, FAQs, and training materials
- Participate in team meetings to improve support processes and client satisfaction
- Provide proactive follow-up with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for customer service and problem-solving
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not required)
- Basic technical aptitude to understand and explain product features
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
