Job Title: Global Supplier Onboarding Manager About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our supplier onboarding process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team and working closely with external partners to ensure seamless vendor integration. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient supplier onboarding
  • Lead and manage a small team of staff and external partners
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction across Amgen
  • Maintain and update vendor master data on a regular basis
  • Monitor performance against service level agreements
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, regulations, and laws
 Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 3 years of experience in Procure to Pay processes
  • Or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Procure to Pay processes
  • Or Associate's degree with 10 years of experience in Procure to Pay processes
  • Or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience in Procure to Pay processes
  • Previous managerial experience directly managing people and/or experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or any other highly quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in Procure to Pay processes
  • Demonstrated experience working with different partner groups in a multinational corporation
  • Experience working for a Global corporation
  • Ability to lead global virtual teams in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge of office tools e.g., MS Excel/MS Word/MS Office/Smartsheet
  • Be customer-focused and have problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work with short timelines
