Role Description

The Servicenow QA Engineer will focus on ensuring the quality and performance of Servicenow applications through rigorous testing and validation processes. Responsibilities include writing and executing test plans, identifying defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues, and conducting regression testing. The candidate will also contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and provide documentation and support where needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.

Qualifications

  • Experience in manual testing, writing test cases, and executing test plans
  • Familiarity with performance testing and regression testing practices
  • Knowledge of Servicenow platform functionalities, features, and customizations
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional experience in the IT or software industry is highly advantageous
