• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM modules.


• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, email scripts and workflow run scripts


• Experience with creating flow designer and custom workflows.


• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs


• Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.


• Hands-on Integrations experience with Enterprise suite application


• Should have working experience in portal development in ServiceNow.


• Good knowledge on adding multiple pages and adding widgets on the portal in service now


• Should be able to build custom widgets as per the need for each requirement


• Experience in building Catalogs, variable sets, Catalog Client scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.


• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Integration hub.


• Programming proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, Ajax, Angular and Jelly scripting


• Debugging skills along with coding skills is mandatory


• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications


• Experience in creating costume applications.


• Experience in creating a data source, imports and transform maps


• Experience in using ATF to develop and execute test cases


• Experience in ServiceNow version upgrades.


• Experience with MID server and Import Sets


• Monitor health, environment upgrade/clone, usage, and overall compliance of the application


• Knowledge in creating reports and dashboards using Performance analytics
