We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to manage, execute, and monitor our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling social media marketing end-to-end — from campaign creation to lead transfer via CRM — ensuring quality lead generation and brand engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and deliver social media advertisements within defined timelines across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor KPI performance of digital campaigns and prepare periodic performance reports.
  • Conduct market research, analyse competitors, identify current trends, and understand customer behaviour through surveys and insights.
  • Develop and publish sales-oriented posters, creatives, and ad copies in alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Ensure quality lead generation through targeted campaigns and continuously optimize ad performance.
  • Forecast and project lead generation metrics based on campaign budgets and goals.
  • Coordinate with the call center/telecalling team and transfer leads promptly through the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design and video editing teams for campaign materials.
  • Maintain awareness of social media best practices, digital tools, and platform updates.
  • Basic understanding of SEO for content visibility (not a primary responsibility).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Campaign Management.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
  • Strong creative thinking and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
