Job Overview

The PMO Channels role is a senior-level position based in Pune, Hyderabad, or Bangalore. This full-time role requires expertise in project governance and portfolio management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing project delivery within the organization to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in project governance to ensure the effective management of program and portfolio activities. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven experience in portfolio management to enhance the output and success of projects across the company. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to engage and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies to facilitate adaptive project management and optimize delivery processes. (Agile/SAFe experience is required)
  • Knowledge of digital transformation processes to effectively contribute to the company's evolution and adoption of new technologies. (Digital transformation)
  • Experience in contact centre automation for improving customer service operations and efficiency. (Contact centre automation)
  • Familiarity with HSBC systems and protocols to align project requirements with client specifications and expectations. (HSBC prior experience preferred)
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and present strategic recommendations to drive project success and alignment with business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead project governance and portfolio management functions within the organization, ensuring strategic goals are met.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to align project activities with overarching company strategies.
  • Implement Agile methodologies for project execution, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and adaptability. (Agile/SAFe experience is required)
  • Facilitate the digital transformation journey by managing projects that drive innovation and technology adoption. (Digital transformation)
  • Oversee contact center automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. (Contact centre automation)
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with project delivery to maintain project integrity and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Prepare and present regular project performance reports to senior leadership, including analysis and strategic insights.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external project management standards, regulations, and best practices.
