- Building and designing the DOEs for campaigns to understand customer behavior
- 2. Driving Omni Channel Strategy
- Working on building and driving Traffic through web and app asset
- Work closely with Marketplace teams, Business teams to drive the business growth and plan sale events on
- Marketplace and Offline Stores
- Work closely with Marketing and different platform owners to drive customer traffic from different
- sources on online and offline platform
- Work with analytics team for campaign segmentation and create campaign plan to create customer stimuli
- Lead A or B testing on platform to drive and enhance business output
- 3. Team Management and Coaching
- Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the team
- Determine individual training needs and development plans to build expertise and enhance skills in the
- team
- Set objectives, conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines
- 4 Stakeholder Management: Liaise with PMO, Sales team, Platform owners, Legal and Compliance team to
- ensure timely project delivery
- Required Qualifications and Experience
- 1. Graduate or Post-graduate with 6-8 years of experience in Campaign Management and Data Management.
- 2. Experience in BFSI is preferred
- 3. E-commerce industry Background
- 4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office. Specifically, MS Power-point and MS Excel
