**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- **Renewal Management**
- Data lead conversation basis renewal business opportunities across the locations to be done on monthly basis with channels/ verticals/ Lobs.
- Monitoring team’s engagement activities with the IMD’s and give inputs to the team to plan activities for the IMD’s with a focus on increasing the retention ratio
- Visit IMD’s & share renewal MIS/stats/retention ratio, along with business representatives and find opportunities for continual revenue for BAGIC
- Reach out to inactive IMDs and take necessary steps to revive them.
- Ensure on a monthly basis that RR and RN download is happening through SPOCs of Respective Channels/Verticals
- 50 K all LOB’s tracking and drive to be done on daily basis.
- Entire field structure must own >50 K NOP and overall GWP targets zone wise / location wise in their respective quarterly incentive targets.
- **Process Capabilities**
- Need to identify process related issues / opportunity to bring ease in transactions for the distribution. Need to own I Mitra/ Ezee Tab / Website / POS / Web-services from renewal process stand point and ensure we bring all renewal related functionality and ease to the distribution.
- Must maintain a tracker with status of all process related actions to be taken and lead the closure till deployment of IT calls.
- Owning communication of all new process related call deployments basis the feedback received from field team on monthly basis.
- Ensuring all digital capabilities CY App, G-pay, Insta-Pay, etc. should have instant policy process and must work with IT PMO for RCA and closure from customer journey standpoint.
- Must drive Standing Instruction and E-mandate via distribution and businesses.
- Need to ensure the end to end process delivery from Standing Instruction and E-Mandate in order to build auto renewal capability for the organization.
- **Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting / Analysis**
- Engaging with function heads on the appropriate course of action to be taken to maximize renewal sales with clear Data lead and actionable insights.
- Highlighting Top and Bottom IMDs LOB wise and Profitability wise with respective stakeholders for improvement of Renewal ratios.
- Share details with superiors/channel heads on high ticket size cases (50K above premium)
- Plan and execute adhoc requests/activities from the business w.r.t. renewals of different LOB’s.
- To provide granular actionable inputs to Channels at LOB Level, Channel, Sub Channel, Zone Level to improve Renewal Ratios
