Job Description: Tradelane Expert – India LATAMLocation: Delhi NCR / Mumbai Department: International Freight Forwarding Reports To: Director – IRC Group / Head – Global Trade Development Position Level: Manager / Senior Manager / AGM 1. Role Overview IRC Group seeks a skilled Tradelane Expert for the India–LATAM corridor to drive growth through partnership development, client acquisition, and operational excellence. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute LATAM–India tradelane strategy. Conduct market research and build target-country plans. Acquire new business from exporters/importers across major sectors. Manage P&L; for the tradelane with strong focus on margins. Build relationships with shipping lines, airlines, and LATAM agents. Negotiate rates, contracts, and space allocations. Coordinate with pricing, documentation, and operations teams. Ensure compliance with LATAM and Indian regulations. Support marketing with tradelane-focused materials. 3. Qualifications & Experience 7–15 years in international logistics; 5+ years in LATAM tradelane. Strong network with exporters, importers, carriers, and agents. Experience with automotive, engineering, chemicals, FMCG preferred. 4. Skills Required Expertise in FCL/LCL, Air, Breakbulk, OOG, and project cargo. Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills. 5. KPIs Volume growth, revenue, GP%, customer acquisition, carrier performance. 6.
