Job Purpose:
Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Evaluate answer scripts for UPSC Mains as per the prescribed marking scheme.
- Review answers for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and adherence to question demands.
- Maintain uniformity and objectivity across all scripts.
- Achieve evaluation quality and productivity benchmarks within specified timelines.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Accuracy in Evaluation - Assess scripts precisely in line with the marking scheme.
- Consistency and Fairness - standard evaluation practices to ensure fairness.
- Timeliness - Complete assigned evaluations on schedule.
- Compliance - Adhere to SOPs, training guidelines, and evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum Qualification: Cleared UPSC Mains CSE or appeared in the interview stage (English Medium).
- Preferred Qualification: Not applicable.
- Minimum Experience: At least 6 months of answer script evaluation experience.
- Relevant Experience: Experience as an evaluator or reviewer preferred.
