Job Description: Evaluation Associate SkillArbitrageAbout the RoleAs an Evaluations Associate, you will:Review student submissions in real-world skills:- AI Tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Wix, Jasper, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc.)- Personal Branding (LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram profile optimization, content strategy, client pitching, thought leadership)- Digital Freelancing (Upwork, Fiverr, client acquisition)Apply structured rubrics to assess both conceptual understanding and practical applicationOffer clear, growth-focused feedbackWork closely with instructors to improve learning outcomesMaintain quality, fairness, and academic integrity across all assessmentsWho Are We Looking For?We are specifically seeking professionals with:Freelance or industry experience in the following:● Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool integration● Personal branding (LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram profile optimization, content creation, portfolio development)● Remote freelancing (Upwork/Fiverr strategy, client pitching, digital services delivery)Domain Knowledge across SkillArbitrage's core upskilling tracks:● AI tools & prompt engineering● Virtual assistance & remote support● Content writing & digital marketing● Personal branding & portfolio building● Compliance, HR, and financial operationsAdditional Traits:● 1–3 years of relevant experience in evaluations, coaching, training, or instructional design● Excellent written communication and attention to detail● Ability to provide unbiased, structured feedback● Familiarity with Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and collaborative tools ● A self-driven mindset—you thrive in planned, autonomous workflowsMinimum Qualification: Bachelor's degreeLocation: Remote (India)CompensationAverage compensation will be INR 25,000/- per month, along with INR 15,000 /- as incentives, depending on the number of evaluations successfully done by you in a day for the entire month, the QC score and meeting the target of receiving good feedback from students on your evaluation.This role is not for those who need micromanagement—we're looking for independent professionals who take pride in their feedback and value their impact on student growth.
