Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the EdTech or Software industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in EdTech and Software domains.
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with strong focus on revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to generate leads and improve sales strategies.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback from the market to help shape product enhancements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience in EdTech, Software, SaaS, or IT services.
- Strong understanding of sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
- Experience in using CRM tools for managing leads and pipelines.
- Strong network in the EdTech/Software/IT sector will be an added advantage.
