Finance and P&L:

  1. To be responsible for P&L of all the divisions.

  2. To ensure achievement of top as well as bottom-line targets

  3. Monitor budgets, resources, and procedures by working with cross-functional teams.

Cash Flow and Fund Management:

  1. Manage cash flow, fund flow, and treasury. management for the company.

  2. Develop strategies for fundraising and manage debt obligations.

  3. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  4. Control and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure.

  5. Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.

Taxation & Statutory Compliances:

  1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain relationships with banks and other stakeholders.

  2. Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient financing structures.

  3. Preparation of statements for auditors and resolution of their queries.

  4. Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments.

  5. Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.

  6. Ensure compliance with the law and the companys policies.

  7. Budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting needs of the company

Preferred candidate profile

  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Should have experience on SAP HANA and should be a part of SAP HANA implementation.
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
  • Experience of leading accounts & finance departments as CFO
  • Experience in M&A and IPO preparations
