Urgent hiring for Site Engineer

Position: Site Engineer

Experience: 2+ years

Salary: ₹6 LPA

Qualification: B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical — specify if needed)

working Days- 6 days

Location- Pune, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site execution of projects as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project standards.
  • Monitor work progress, daily activities, and report status to management.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and design documents.
  • Manage material planning, site inventory, and work allocation.
  • Handle site measurements, documentation, and verification of contractor work.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and assist in ensuring timely project completion.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of site execution and project coordination.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, quality norms, and construction processes.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with site reporting tools preferred
