Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Voice Process Agent located in Bangalore Urban. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls across international markets, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. The agent will ensure a high-quality customer service experience by demonstrating patience, professionalism, and effective communication skills. Additional duties may include capturing customer feedback and supporting operational efficiency goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills, active listening, and clarity in English
  • Proven customer service skills, including conflict resolution and patience
  • Experience handling international voice processes or phone-based customer interactions
  • Basic proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and data entry applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Prior experience in a customer support or BPO setup is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred but not mandatory
