Deliver Solutions and Solve Customer issues.
- Answering Customer Queries
- Connecting with Key Business Executives
- Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails.
- Keep Records and Documentation of Customer Interaction and details of action taken for training purposes
- Consistently update the companys mailing list to ensure constant communication with existing, as well as with prospective clients.
- Willingness to work in second shift or first shift if required

- Relate with customers to understand what their specific needs are, so as to enable the company to meet those needs
- Establish Customer Support Practices
- Strictly comply with the procedures and systems already outlined in standard operating manual of the company
- Provide required support for companys operations as a very important team player
