Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage collections process from order to cash, ensuring timely payment from customers.
  • Oversee credit control activities, including credit checks and risk assessment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and logistics to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for improving collection rates and reducing bad debts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 9-12 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) Collections or similar role.
  • Strong managerial skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in O2C Cash Application, O2C Collections processes, and related software applications.
  • Candidates applying should be comfortable with Night shifts.
