Process Manager, Order to Cash, for Global Financial Operations

We are looking for Process Manager, Order to Cash for Global Financial Operations to be based in Chennai, India. Global Financial Operations is a global operational finance business partner, providing efficient end-to-end financial processes to Valmet. We are owners of Valmet's operative accounting and invest heavily in process harmonization and software automation. We are ambitious and passionate in developing our processes and team competencies.

In this position, you will be required to,

• The Process Manager plays a pivotal role in driving end-to-end (E2E) process excellence within Global Financial Operations (GFO) and in cooperation with stakeholders.
• This role ensures that process performance is consistently measured, optimized, and aligned with strategic business outcomes, delivering tangible value to the organization.
• Key responsibilities include fostering strategic partnerships with Valmet's business areas and functions to elevate E2E process maturity through innovation and continuous improvement.
• The Process Manager champions the development of process excellence capabilities at individual, team, and organizational levels, working closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to harmonize and standardize processes.
• As a trusted business partner, the Process Manager contributes to Valmet's E2E strategic priorities by embedding best practices, enabling data-driven decision-making, and cultivating a culture of operational excellence.
• The Process Manager is accountable for driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across Valmet's Global Financial Operations (GFO).
• This role ensures that end-to-end (E2E) processes are optimized, harmonized, and consistently deliver business value.
• This position reports to Head of Global Financial Operations India.

To succeed this role, you will need:

A graduate degree in Commerce Experience in Shared Services Over 10 years of relevant experience A self-motivated attitude and strong team spirit Good written and oral communication skills in English.
