HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
2. Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Plan and execute engagement activities, employee recognition programs, and team-building events.
- Conduct stay interviews and coordinate with leadership to improve retention.
3. HR Operations:
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism.
4. Performance Management:
- Support the appraisal process and assist in goal-setting and review discussions.
- Track employee performance and assist managers with improvement plans.
5. Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure HR policies and labor laws are followed.
- Assist in drafting/updating HR policies as per company needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience in the IT/Tech industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹41,660.19 per month
