Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive / Associate to join our growing team.

In this role, you will support the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding processes and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to build a positive work culture.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and leadership as needed.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR (freshers with relevant internships are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, quick learner, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing startup environment.
