Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn HR Associate - Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about human resources and seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Support: Assist in coordinating and facilitating employee onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation. Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and assist in the preparation of HR reports and correspondence. Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement within the organization. Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and labor laws. Training Coordination: Help organize and coordinate training programs and workshops for employees. Data Management: Update and manage HR databases with relevant employee information and documentation. General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance in daily HR operations and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A willingness to learn and grow in the HR field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus but not mandatory.
