Role Description

  • Respond promptly to inquiries received via IndiaMART and other platforms.
  • Handle email correspondence and resolve basic customer queries with accuracy.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of interactions, queries, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales/operations) to provide correct information to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, courteous, and professional responses.
  • Meet response time SLAs and follow-up targets as set by the company.
  • Stay updated on product/service offerings to answer customer questions effectively.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or marketing (internships/freelance experience is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
  • Comfortable using email, MS Office/Google Workspace, and online platforms (experience with CRM or IndiaMART portal preferred).
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally, maintain a polite tone, and build relationships with clients.
  • Quick thinker, able to resolve client concerns or escalate to the right team when necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple queries, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate records.
  • Willingness to learn product knowledge, company processes, and adapt to feedback.
