We are a dynamic and customer-focused LPG Gas Agency committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. We're looking for a Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, playing a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Job Description:

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be responsible for greeting and attending to customers, resolving queries, and managing office administration duties.

You will serve as a liaison between clients, staff, and deliverymen, ensuring smooth operations at all times. You will also handle necessary documentation and delegate tasks as needed. Job will also include answering calls and calling customers, along with dealing with walk in customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to customers and visitors in a polite, professional manner.
  • Answer telephonic calls, and provide the desired solution to the customer.
  • Make calls to customers as and when required, or as asked by the manager/company.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
  • Delegate tasks to deliverymen and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain necessary office documents.
  • Handle administrative duties related to customer interactions and office support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Communicate with delivery staff and customers to ensure seamless communication and smooth workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Active listening skills with the ability to quickly identify customer issues and offer solutions.
  • Polite, professional, and customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, etc.).
