Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Looking for 3 to 6 years of work Experience in Production Head.

  • Oversee the production process and ensure smooth operations across all stages.
  • Collaborate with the planning, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure optimal production schedules.
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize production systems to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Manage production resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Supervise and mentor junior production team members.
  • Ensure that production meets the established safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on production performance to senior management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in production.

Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Production Efficiency: Achieve production targets and optimize workflow to increase output.
  • Cost Management: Control production costs and minimize waste to meet budget expectations.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by following company safety protocols and achieving zero workplace accidents.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure products meet required quality standards with minimal defects.
  • Team Development: Foster a collaborative work environment and help develop the skills of junior team members.
  • Downtime Reduction: Reduce downtime and improve equipment availability by implementing effective maintenance practices.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure all production schedules are met in a timely and efficient manner.
