Job Overview:

A fast-growing global BPO is hiring experienced professionals for International Voice and Chat Process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior international customer service experience to grow within a professional and dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through voice

Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality service standards.

Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Minimum 6 months in an international voice (mandatory).

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate with good technical and logical reasoning skills.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English .

Comfortable with rotational shifts and night shifts.

Working Conditions:

Working Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs)

Shifts: Rotational shifts (24/7 support)

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Transport: 2-way cab facility provided
