Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, phone calls, and WhatsApp. You will play a crucial role in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and providing product information.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their queries.
Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using communication tools (email, chat, phone, WhatsApp) and CRM software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Saturday
10am to 7pm
