The Role: Digital Commerce specialist

We are looking for a hybrid talent who is a master of both established digital commerce practices and emerging AI technologies. This role is responsible for the overall success of our U.S. e-commerce website, managing our brand narrative across social media, and identifying/implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize operations, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce and Website Management

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including product listings, inventory synchronization, payment gateways, and site performance monitoring (UX/UI optimization).
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion rates (CVR), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Manage SEO/SEM efforts in collaboration with the marketing team to drive qualified traffic.
  • Ensure the website is consistently updated with promotional campaigns, new product launches, and brand content.

Social Media and Content Strategy

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across all relevant platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to the e-commerce site.
  • Manage the content calendar, create or direct the creation of engaging multimedia content, and monitor community feedback.
  • Run targeted paid social campaigns and analyze performance data to optimize ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing and growing an e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, social media insights).
  • Demonstrable experience or a strong, practical understanding of AI applications in a business context (e.g., experience with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or implementing AI-driven personalization/automation).
