Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, statutory compliance, and tax deductions.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages, bonuses, and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to HR operations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing.
- Provide support in implementing new HR initiatives and processes within the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Payroll & Compliance role.
- Strong understanding of HR Operations, Payroll Management, Payroll Processing, Salary Processing, Statutory Laws.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
