Job Description & Requirements:

  1. Assist Finance Manager/Accountant to prepare full set of accounts (Accounts receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Inventories and Journal Vouchers)
  2. To prepare GST returns on quarterly basis.
  3. To prepare financial statement and accounts schedule for audit and tax schedule for tax returns.
  4. To maintain property, plant and equipment listing and conduct PPE count.
  5. To maintain inventory listing, to coordinate and to conduct inventory count.
  6. To monitor and follow up collection from customers and update collection status in the Accounts Receivable Aging Reports on monthly basis
  7. To update related parties and interested person transactions schedule
  8. To prepare bank reconciliation
  9. To assist on matters related to accounting system implementation.
  10. Other financial related tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Finance & Accounting / ACCA or equivalent qualification

Experience Required:

  • 2 to 3 years working experience

Skills Required:

    • Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
